Registration includes mandatory eLearning of approximately 16 hours; completion is required prior to attending.

Access information for the eLearning will be sent to paid participants starting June 10, 2022 (available for one year).

Registration includes: eLearning modules; 2 days of hands-on sessions; course materials; Basic FATE certification opportunity; breakfasts/breaks on both days and lunch on Saturday. Physicians only.

Basic FATE Certification
You must complete the mandatory eLearning and attend the entire weekend course through Sunday at 1:45 pm to be eligible to be certified. Those leaving early will not receive the Basic FATE certification.
